Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns only if the customer informs us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the painting.
- To be eligible for a return, the painting must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned in the original packaging, including any protective materials
- Free from scratches, stains, damage, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the artistic and often handmade nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or commissioned paintings
- Paintings damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Paintings returned without prior notification within the 2-day window
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the painting
- The reason for the return

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your painting arrives damaged or you receive the wrong artwork:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos of the damage or incorrect item
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process
- Once the returned painting is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
